Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, and with all original tags for a full refund. Additionally, it should be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item is worn from installation or shipping damage there may be a Restocking Fee of $10 deducted from the refund amount.

How to Submit a Return Request

To start a return, visit account.mototouringtech.com or click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the webpage.

  • Login to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. Navigate to your email and open the email from our store and copy the 6 digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the login page, and enter the 6 digit verification code.
  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 
  • Select a return reason and add a note to describe the reason for the return.
  • Click "submit request".

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved you will be provided with the information needed for the return shipping. You will have 2 weeks, once the return is approved, to return your order. Otherwise, the return will be closed out automatically and the items will not be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the full refund was approved or if the Restocking Fee will be applied. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
